Colon Cleanse for individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet, for relief from constipation causes and to maintain regularity.

Manufacturer's Suggested Usage
Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and allow your body to adjust.

Manufacturer's Warning
Do not use laxative products if you have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems. If abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting occur, seek immediate medical attention. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested Psyllium. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children. Store below 86F.
